Leviticus 16-21
- Still having a hard time gleaning much relateable wisdom from Leviticus...I read 2 days' worth today and did find a few interesting verses....
- "Each of you must respect his mother and father, and you must observe my Sabbaths. I am the Lord your God." Chapter 19, Verse 3 Two of the commandments that I admit I struggle with....
- "Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly." Verse 15
- "Do not hate your brother in your heart." Verse 17
- "Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself." Verse 18
- "Rise in the presence of the aged, show respect for the elderly and revere your God." Verse 32
Acts 5:12-6
- "...tell the people the full message of this new life." Chapter 5, Verse 20
- "We must obey God rather than men!" Verse 29
